|,The defendant was convicted of one count of aggravated rape and one count of aggravated burglary. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence for the aggravated rape and thirty-years imprisonment at hard labor for the aggravated burglary. The trial court ordered the defendant to serve the sentences consecutively. The defendant appeals his convictions as violations of the prohibition against double jeopardy.
