This is an appeal from an order entered in the Hudson County Court denying an application to amend an order dismissing the third-party complaint filed by the defendant-appellant.

The plaintiff, James Hogan, filed his complaint seeking to recover for repairs made by him to premises located at 419-423 Pacific Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey. The defendant, Walter F.
