*642After an anonymous hacker known as the "Dark Overlord" stole the personally identifiable information ("PII") of approximately 200,000 current and former Athens Orthopedic Clinic ("AOC") patients, Christine Collins, Paulette Moreland, and Kathryn Strickland (collectively, the "Plaintiffs") filed a putative class action.
