LONG, Justice.

This suit was instituted by Bernard Caf-fey by and through his next friend, Jess Caffey, against ¿Etna Casualty & Surety Company to set aside a compromise settlement agreement entered into on the 26th day of May, 1947, between plaintiff and defendant for injuries received by plaintiff while employed by the Cisco Steam Laundry. Plaintiff alleged three grounds for setting aside said compromise settlement agreement: (1) Minority of plaintiff, coupled with total disability; (2) fraud committed by the claim agent of defendant; and (3) mistake.
