MEMORANDUM OPINION
RICHARD J. LEON, District Judge.
Wisler Marcelus (“plaintiff’) brings this lawsuit against his former employer, CCA of Tennessee, Inc. (“defendant”), alleging claims for discrimination, retaliation, and breach of contract in connection with his termination as a correctional officer at the DC Jail. The Court having previously dismissed the plaintiffs claims for retaliation and breach of contract, all that remain are his claims of discrimination. See Marcelus v. Corrs. Corp. of Am./Corr.
