California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), and Arkansas Supreme Court Rule 4 — 3(k)(l) (2014), appellant Kou Her’s counsel, John Cameron Burnett, has filed a no-merit brief and a motion to withdraw asserting that there are no nonfrivolous arguments that would arguably support an appeal.
