On June 30th, 1919, the defendant entered into two written contracts with George Dixon and Homer Dixon, doing business as copartners under the firm name of Dixon Motor Company. Under these contracts the defendant granted to said Dixon Motor Company the exclusive right to sell Maxwell automobiles and trucks in certain specified territory in the northeastern part of North Dakota and the northwestern part of Minnesota.
