Sink v. School District No. 6

This appeal results from a judgment entered by the Eighth Judicial District Court, Cascade County, wherein appellants were awarded wages due based upon respondent’s violation of Montana’s minimum wage and hour statute, previously found in sections 41-2301 through 41-2307, R.C.M. 1947. The same judgment denied appellants’ attorney’s fees and a penalty.
