This is a patent action. Plaintiffe are Richard A. Fisch, who is the assignee of Patent No. 2,531,234 for “Longitudinally Separable Extruded Thermoplastic Strip and Process of Producing Same,”1 and Anchor Plastics Co., Inc., Fisch’s exclusive licensee of the patent. The application for the patent was filed on July 21, 1949, and issued on November 21, 1950, to Peter H. Seckel.
