Affirming.

Irene Corlew, a bright, intelligent child, eight years of age, while 'crossing the Morgantown pike, a short distance west of the city limits of the city-.of Bowling Oreen, was run over and killed by a tourihg. car. In.'suit by her personal representatives, against: A. W. Yonng, the' owner and driver of the. car, .for negligence producing her death, a verdict was returned and judgment entered in favor of the defendant, from which the plaintiff appeals.
