Affirming.

The appeal is from a $1,500 judgment recovered for the death of a three year old colored child caused by being struck by appellant’s truck. Approaching Canton, Trigg county, from the east, the highway descends a long hill, thence is level for a short distance on a fill four or five feet high, and then goes up a hill through the business section of the village.
