1Opinion of the Court

HUNTER, Robert C., Judge.

Evan Bacon (“defendant”) appeals from the judgment entered upon his guilty plea to involuntary manslaughter. Defendant contends that the trial court erred in finding one statutory aggravating factor and in not finding the existence of two statutory mitigating factors. After careful review, we find no error in the trial court’s decision in not finding the *433existence of mitigating factors N.C. Gen. Stat. §§ 15A-1340.16(e)(12) and (e)(19), but we reverse the trial court’s finding of the aggravating factor and remand for resentencing.
