Counsel for Appellant Dickie Bruce Wilson has filed a motion to withdraw from representation of Wilson and a supporting Anders brief. Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 744, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 1400, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967).
Three years ago, we set out our understanding of the procedures which the bench and bar should follow when confronted with an apparently frivolous appeal. Johnson v. State, 885 S.W.2d 641 (Tex.App.—Waco 1994, pet. ref'd).
