I. INTRODUCTION
Appellant, Scott Specialty Gases, Inc. (“Scott”), appeals from a judgment entered in favor of its former employee, Christine Rush. In her complaint Rush asserted that Scott discriminated against her in promotion and training on the basis of her sex and subjected her to a hostile environment through sexual harassment.
