NATURE OF CASE
This case involves the sale of the KSYZ-FM radio station in Grand Island, Nebraska, by Neuhoff Broadcasting-Grand Island, Inc. (Neuhoff), to Waitt Media (Waitt). Richard Chapin, *521doing business as Chapin Enterprises (Chapin), brought this action against Neuhoff, seeking compensation on the theory of quantum meruit for brokerage services he provided in connection with the sale. A jury returned a verdict in favor of Chapin, prompting this appeal by Neuhoff. We reverse the judgment of the district court in favor of Chapin.
