The appellant-defendant, Craig Allen Blakely, appeals as of right the judgment on his conviction for the possession of thirty (30) grams or more of cocaine with the intent to sell and deliver it, for which he was fined two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00) and received a sentence of forty-five (45) years.
