—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., *473the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Golden, J.), dated March 11, 1991, which denied their motion to dismiss the complaint and which granted the plaintiffs’ cross motion to the extent that a previously-served notice of claim was deemed timely served.
Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, the defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint is granted, the plaintiffs’ cross motion for leave to serve a late notice of claim is denied, and the complaint is dismissed.
