Klinginsmith v. Wichmann

Appellant Kimberly Klinginsmith filed an application for contempt and an application to require appellee Jeffrey Wichmann to post security in connection with Wichmann’s failure to pay interest on the property distribution made pursuant to the parties’ dissolution of marriage decree. The district court denied Klinginsmith’s applications, and, on appeal, the Nebraska Court of Appeals affirmed. See Klinginsmith v.
