Community Services, Inc., Va Community Services Group (“CSG”), a for-profit corporation that provides caretaker services for persons with disabilities, brought this action against the Wind Gap Municipal Authority (“Authority”), the municipal agency that administers sewer services in Wind Gap Borough, alleging violations of the Fair Housing Amendments Act (“FHAA”), 42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.
