Introduction

Plaintiffs Crawfish Processors Alliance (“CPA”), the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry, and Bob Odom, Commissioner, are contesting the exclusion of crawfish etouffee from the antidumping duty order covering prepared and preserved freshwater crawfish tail meat, arguing that Commerce failed to conduct an anti-circumvention inquiry as part of its overall scope investigation to determine the products subject to the antidumping duty order.
