¶1 Sharon Shepard appeals the trial

court’s summary judgment dismissal of misrepresentation and related claims she asserted against ERA Sun River Realty and Chicago Title Insurance Company, and its denial of her motion for leave to amend her complaint to assert a contract claim against Sun River.
