Appellant Adawna Devine stice. County Circuit Court’s order granting permanent guardianship of the minor child Syris Norelli to Appellees Linda R. and Tim Martens. On appeal, Devine raises three arguments for reversal: the circuit court erred in (1) exercising jurisdiction created solely by the Martenses’ unjustifiable conduct; (2) granting the Martenses’ petition for an emergency temporary guardianship because there was no imminent danger to the life or health of Syris if he was removed from the Martenses’ home and returned to his home with his natural mother; and…
