Plaintiff Sodexo Operations, LLC (“Plaintiff’ or “Sodexo”) brings this breach of contract action against Defendant Not-For-Profit Hospital Corporation (“Defendant” or “NFP”), the alleged successor-in-interest to the hospital operated by Capital Medical Center (“CMC”).
