Petitioner B.T. Produce Co., Inc. (“BTP”) has appealed a June 30, 2003 reparation order (hereinafter, “Reparation Order”) rendered by a Judicial Officer of the United States Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) in favor of respondent Robert A. Johnson Sales, Inc. (“RAJS”), awarding RAJS $34,171.75 plus interest and costs.
