Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Dunkin, J.), rendered September 2, 1986, convicting him of (1) manslaughter in the first degree and reckless endangerment in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and (2) a violation of the Administrative Code of the City of New York § 436-5.0 (h) (1), upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
