Appellees filed a motion to strike from the transcript of record appellants’- motion for a new trial, appellants’ requested findings of fact and conclusions of law, and the findings of fact and conclusions of law made by the trial court, upon the ground that said papers are not, and have not been made, a part of the record proper.'
