The only issue on this appeal is whether the six-year statute of limitations of the Contract Disputes Act had run for this claim. The claim was filed by Kellogg Brown & Root Services, Inc. (KBR) for costs incurred by KBR for work done by its subcontractor in performing a contract with the Army to construct dining facilities and to provide meal and related services for troops in Iraq.
