Plaintiff-appellant Ray Lewis appeals from the district court’s order granting defendant-appellee’s, Local Union No. 100 of the Laborers’ International Union of North America, AFL-CIO (“the Union”), motion to dismiss with prejudice his five-count amended complaint. The district court dismissed the complaint on the grounds that (1) Lewis’ claims were subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”); (2) Lewis’ claims were time-barred; (3) Lewis failed to exhaust intra-union remedies; or (4) punitive damages are not recoverable…
