A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of conspiracy to commit larceny, falsely signing official records (2 specifications), and larceny (2 specifications), in violation of Articles 81, 107, and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 881, 907, and 921, respectively. The adjudged and approved sentence provides for a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 120 days, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
