This is a disbarment suit filed by the complainant Ann Cameron Ingle against the defendant J. Kyle Kivett in the Chancery Oonrt of Claiborne County, Tennessee. G. Howard Nevils, a member of the Claiborne County bar and a special committee of the Bar Association of Tennessee filed intervening petitions and became parties complainant.

The defendant filed an answer to the petitions and amendments in which he denied each item in which he was charged with wrongdoing or unprofessional conduct.
