This is a disbarment proceeding instituted by the Grievance Committee of the Chattanooga Bar Association against tlie defendants Crawford Bean and Joe S. Bean, members of the Chattanooga Bar engaged in the practice of law as partners under the firm name and style of Bean & Bean.
