This class action arises from a claim by Ethel Weissman (“Weissman” or the “plain*82tiff’) that ABC Financial Services, Inc. (“ABC” or the “defendant”) violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692, et. seq., in its capacity as a collection agency, by mailing the plaintiff two letters containing language prohibited by the FDCPA.
