MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

This is a putative class action brought against the Defendant Collecto Inc., d/b/a *377EOS/CCA (“Collecto”) for violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq. (the “FDCPA”). Presently before the Court is a motion by the Plaintiff Victoria Butto, on behalf of herself and all other similarly situated, for an order certifying this action as a class action pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (“Fed.
