The plaintiff was injured by falling into a hole in the bed of South Streeper Street, between Foster Avenue and Fleet Street, in the City of Baltimore. The accident occurred at night, as the plaintiff was proceeding across the street from an automobile, on the west side, from which she had just alighted. It was an opening two or three feet in width, and a foot or more in depth, through the concrete surface of the street, in which the plaintiff fell and received her injury.
