The appeal in this case is from a judgment in ejectment rendered by the Superior Court of Baltimore City in favor of that city against the Canton Company. The land described in the declaration is a lot or square of ground in Baltimore City forming a part of what is known as the Canton Co's. land and bounded by Canton avenue, Lancaster, Patuxent and Canton streets.
