The errors assigned by the appellant are that the court erred (the first trial) :(1) In not directing a verdict in favor of the defendant Casualty Company at the close of the testimony;(2) In denying defendant Casualty Company’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict rendered by the jury, for the reason that the answer to Question No. 2 is not supported by the credible evidence;(3) In refusing to give instructions requested by defendant Casualty Company;
