This appeal is by the plaintiff from the judgment of the superior court entered March 16, 1936. The original declaration was filed in the cause November 25, 1932. By leave of court, an amended declaration was filed December 23, 1935. Both declarations were in assumpsit, and both were duly verified. The affidavit to the original declaration averred there was due $7,643.46, with interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, from March 26, 1928.
