Samuel K. Markman, Martin H. Finneran and Consoer, Townsend & Quinlan, a corporation, filed separate suits against city of Calumet City to recover for services claimed to have been performed by them as attorney, commissioner and engineers, respectively, in connection with a special assessment proceeding for the construction of sewers in Calumet City.
