Before the Court is Defendants Armand Devezin, Rosalynne Dennis, Darryl Kil-bert, and Charlotte Matthew’s (collectively, “Defendants”) Motion for Dismissal,1 *663wherein Defendants seek the dismissal of Plaintiff Joy Walker Slocum’s (“Plaintiff’) claims with prejudice.
