Plaintiffs Brenda Randle and Pamala Edwards have filed a class action 1 suit against defendants GC Services, L.P. (“GC Services”), DLS Enterprises, Inc., and GC Financial Corporation, alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq.
