MANION, Circuit Judge.
The plaintiff, Wesley Flynn, brought this suit for injunctive relief against the defendant, claiming that the defendant’s request that he submit to a psychiatric examination violated his constitutional rights to privacy, procedural due process as well as state law. The court initially granted Flynn’s request for preliminary injunctive relief, but later granted summary judgment in favor of the defendant based on qualified immunity.
