This cause is here by an appeal from an interlocutory ex parte order of the circuit court of Will county, entered on October 9, 1944, appointing a receiver for the mortgaged premises in a foreclosure suit, on the same day the complaint was filed.

Counsel for appellant, as such, filed a petition to remove the receiver, and the defendants filed a motion to dismiss the complaint. Appellee Keller filed a motion to strike the petition of appellant’s counsel, and later appellant Wood filed a motion to vacate the order appointing the…
