1 It is useful to note at the outset what this case is not about. It is not about wheth*669er the respondent should be held to blame for the consequences of her failure to pay a lawful debt. It is not about her moral or legal right to avail herself of the bankruptey laws. Finally, it is not about whether this Court "condones" Stewart's prior misconduct.
