OPINION
STAPLETON, District Judge.
The Court is called upon to reconsider the liability of the Insurance Company of North America (“INA”) to Patrick J. O’Hanlon, individually and as the Administrator of the Estate of his son, Brian O’Hanlon. Brian O’Hanlon died in 1976 as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident in 1974. 1 Brian O’Hanlon was riding in a car owned and driven by Michael Ryan. The driver of the vehicle which apparently forced Ryan’s car into a roadside collision has never been identified. Patrick O’Hanlon filed this diversity action to recover under uninsured…
