LEHMAN, Justice.

Susan W. McKennan (appellant), as personal representative of the estate of her late husband Terry McKennan (McKennan), filed a wrongful death action against Richard Newman, Ron Rabe, Gary Senier and Terry Caywood (appellees), several employees of her husband’s employer, alleging culpable negligence on their part in the work-related accident which caused her husband’s death. Appellant appeals the district court’s order granting appellees’ motion for summary judgment.

We affirm.
