This matter is before the Court upon the summary judgment motions of defendants Dennie and Glenda Townson (Court File Nos. 25 and 46) brought pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. In their first motion for summary judgment, the defendants ask this Court to render judgment as a matter of law in favor of the defendants regarding the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. § 1961, et seq., claim against them.
