The plaintiff, hereinafter referred to as ‘ ‘ the employer, ’ ’ sues two unions through their officers, to wit, LOCAL 1205 INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as “ the Teamsters ” and the SEAFARERS INTERNATIONAL UNION, ATLANTIC AND GULF DISTRICT, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as “the Seafarers”. Both are unincorporated associations.
