After pleas of not guilty, a military judge found the accused guilty of breaking into the armory at the Coast Guard Yard in Baltimore and stealing five automatic weapons of a value of $1168.00; of receiving and concealing a stolen electric typewriter and electronic calculator some days earlier; and of soliciting another Coast-guardsman to steal, some months earlier.
