COOK, Judge:

A special court-martial conviction which includes a sentence extending to a bad-conduct discharge that is approved by a convening authority who has no general court-martial power must also be reviewed by the officer exercising general court-martial jurisdiction over the accused. Article 65(b), Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 865(b); Manual for Courts-Martial, United States, 1969 (Rev.), paragraph 94a (3).
