INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs Francie Moeller et al. bring this case to remedy alleged architectural barriers at Defendant Taco Bell Corporation’s corporate-owned and/or operated restaurants in California that Plaintiffs claim discriminate against a large number of patrons who use wheelchairs or scooters.
